By accessing or using Sowsal.com (“we”, “our”, “us”), a SaaS platform that enables scheduling and posting to multiple social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok, you (“user”, “you”) agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. You must be at least 13 years old to use the service and must provide accurate and complete information during registration. By connecting your social media accounts via our platform, you authorize Sowsal to post content on your behalf in accordance with the access permissions you grant through each platform’s OAuth system; we do not store your login credentials. You are solely responsible for the content you upload, schedule, or publish, and agree not to post unlawful, harmful, abusive, or infringing material. You may not reverse engineer, exploit, or resell the service. Sowsal reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for misuse or violations of these terms without prior notice. The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind; we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or posting success across third-party platforms, and we disclaim liability for content loss, delays, or failures due to external service disruptions. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or losses related to your use of the service or breach of these terms. Subscriptions, fees, and billing terms (where applicable) are governed by our pricing structure and must be honored unless canceled in accordance with our cancellation policy. Sowsal may update these Terms at any time; continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any changes. These Terms are governed by the laws of our operating jurisdiction.
